Dave's Race
A 'must do' race on your summer itinerary, Dave's Race honours Dave Balderstone (aka Flowrider), one of the earliest trail builders in Victoria Park., who passed away in 2011. For those of you who've done it before, you know how much fun this race is...for those of you who haven't, you're in for an epic event!

Craigieburn Enduro
‘The Craigie’ 2025 RACE INFO
The Craigie is the original enduro race, established in 2013. Arguably some of NZ’s finest beech forest, these free range, hand-crafted trails will take you on a journey through the scenic southern alps.
Rinse and repeat for 2025, put it in your calendar as the first enduro race of the year, and it is now included as a stop on the inaugural NZ Enduro Series.

Open - For Riders aged between 19- 29 Men/Women
Masters 1 - For Riders aged between 30 - 39 Men/Women
Masters 2 - For Riders aged between 40 - 49 Men/Women
Masters 3 - For Riders aged 50+ Men/Women

E-Bike Men/Women
To align with the NZ MTB Enduro Series, categories are assigned based on your age on 31st December 2025.

E-Bikes
Are allowed! If we get enough interested racers, we might even make you do a bonus power stage.
Must be unmodified from purchase, and use only the battery attached to the bike.

We will have an amazing selection of spot prizes generously donated by our sponsors. Watch out on our socials as we announce the sponsors and the amazing prizes on offer this year.
BBQ
Brought to you by Traeger, finish off the day of racing with some yarns, a BBQ and some refreshments courtesy of b.effect brewing.
Volunteers
As with any of our club events, we need many volunteers to help with the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Free accommodation at Forest Lodge, lunch on Saturday and BBQ on Saturday night provided.

Camping
Available at Texas Flat, there will be portaloos provided.
Please take all your rubbish away with you. The event is completely run by volunteers and we don’t have the capacity to deal with your rubbish.
A limited number of beds will be available at Forest Lodge too.

Refund Policy
Refunds & Transfers:
Withdrawal requests from the event must be emailed to the race director, and may be eligible with a valid medical certificate. If accepted, refunds will incur:
more than 4 weeks from the event date - $10 admin fee
2 - 4 weeks from the event date - $40 admin fee
less than 2 weeks from the event date - 50% refund

Event Cancellation
The course may be altered if we were to experience any extreme weather or if deemed necessary for safety. If we were to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances we aim to refund a portion of your entry fee, exactly how much will be situation dependent.

Girls On Dirt
The iconic Christchurch female-only Gravity Canterbury, Girls on Dirt weekend is always a fun event! Known for its supportive vibes, meeting new friends and just having a blast, these races ensure everyone is welcome - all ages and all stages.
So whether you enter one, or both races, be a volunteer marshal, or a spectator to cheer the ladies on, or just buy the T-shirt - get involved and feel the joy! You do NOT want to miss out. After all, girls love dirt too!
NZ Open
A race famous worldwide and attracting the best talent from across the nation and internationally. It is rumored that every year the GOAT himself, Greg Minaar, narrowly misses out on an entry due to visa irregularities. The winner takes the coveted and iconic NZ Open Blazer; a garment so revered it gets its own seat on all international flights between New Zealand and the Chathams. This year the NZ Open will be hosted at the iconic Mt Hutt and will be part of the Southern DH Series!

Port Hills Enduro
Our first enduro of the summer, the always popular Port Hills Enduro. Last year was a pretty wet affair, but the smiles at the end of the day were still abundant. Come join us for an epic tour through Victoria Park and the surrounding Port Hills.

BB Invitational
A loosener after the winter hiatus, the Summer Series opener is a great opportunity to bed in those new pads, debut that new whip and find out where you're at, and what might need some improvement.
