Hi Guys

returning to ChCh from Scotland. Been away 11 years (plus 9 in Auckland). I don't think mountainbikes existed in NZ when I left ChCh its been that long.
Excited to come back. Looks like there are some nice tracks that aren't hours away from town. I race vest in the UK and I like riding a bit of everything. Although as I stare down the barrel of my 40th I have become a little allergic to big jumps ( actually all jumps really). Bringing three bikes with me, a Brooklyn Racelink, an Ibis Mojo trail bike and Curtis 4X do every-thing-including-commuting-bike.

Hi Chris, make yourself known when you get here and we can hook you up with like minded riders.
You'll be coming back to our winter and although we have no DH races planned until around September, there is always plenty of good riding weather.

we plan to be in ChCh by mid/late Oct. The container with my DH bike will follow
Looking forward to some NZ riding, been a miserable summer here in Scotland. Port Hills tracks look a lot of fun, I especially like the look of Flying Nun and I will be traveling with my trail bike
